Every project is tailored to the client's goals and is governed by a proposal, contract, or written agreement defining scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, designs, layouts, and creative materials presented on this website remain my intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
Upon project completion and full payment, clients receive the agreed usage rights for the final approved deliverables.
Working files, editable source files, and unused concepts are not included unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
4. Project Approval & Payment
A project is considered confirmed after written approval and, when applicable, the payment of an initial deposit.
Payment schedules are defined individually for each project.
Delays in payment may affect production schedules and delivery dates.
Final files are delivered after all agreed payments have been completed.
5. Scope Changes & Revisions
Each project includes a revision process defined during the proposal stage.
Additional requests outside the original scope may require updated timelines and additional fees.
Major changes after project approval may be treated as a new project phase.
6. Delivery
Final deliverables are provided digitally within the agreed timeframe.
Depending on the project, deliverables may include:
High-resolution design assets
Social media materials
Landing page layouts
Motion graphics
Video exports
Brand guidelines and supporting documentation
Editable source files are only included when previously agreed.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure an efficient workflow, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, assets, and feedback within the agreed schedule.
Delays in communication or material submission may impact project deadlines.
8. Privacy
Any information shared during inquiries, negotiations, or project development is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality creative work and maintain reliable communication, I cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform issues, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect project execution.
